Rwanda has established a robust framework for public procurement to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the use of public funds. The Law N° 062/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing public procurement serves as the legal foundation for all public procurement activities in the country. This law outlines the principles, processes, and guidelines to be followed in public procurement and is complemented by a comprehensive Public Procurement User Guide that provides practical guidance for stakeholders involved in the procurement process.
