Non-statistical indicator

As it is stated in the report of Gender Profile in Health Sector of October 2018, there exists a law N° 21/2016 of 20/05/2016 relating to human reproductive health: Article 5 provides that all persons have equal rights in relation to human reproductive health and that no person shall be denied such rights based on any form of discrimination. The Art. 6 of the law also provides that a pregnant woman, a woman who has given birth and a new-born have the right to be cared for so as to ensure their well being.
